Stress is rampant in our modern society. Whether you identify as stressed out or not, your body may be exhibiting signs of what is called adrenal fatigue. Eliminating all stressors is not the solution nor is it an option for most of us. We are super adaptable as humans yet our bodies still react to stress like it did thousands of years ago. The negative effects of stress are the number one thing I work with people on at Parsley Health. Learn the difference between eustress and destress with actionable tips to combat your daily stressors.
