Shipping and Returns
We generally ship via USPS Priority service within 3 business days of your purchase. We will contact you if we need more time to process your order or if we need to use an alternate shipping provider. We ship Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. During the holidays NOV to DEC our processing time is 5 – 7 days.
We work hard to handcraft the best possible product and source from outstanding makers. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products for a credit as long as we receive word from you within 3 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back. The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was sent.
If we have made an error with your order, we will gladly refund your payment within 7 days of receiving your package. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we will place a claim with the USPS. If an item has not arrived, please contact USPS using the tracking information that we sent to the email address that you provided us.
