Shipping and Returns

We generally ship via USPS Priority service within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please let us know if you prefer UPS in the notes section upon checkout. We will contact you if we need more time to process your order. During the holidays NOV to DEC our processing time is 5 – 7 days.

We work hard to handcraft the best possible products. If for some reason your item arrives defective, please reach out to coordinate getting a replacement. We can only accept returns on items found to be defective.

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we will place a claim with USPS. If an item has not arrived, please contact USPS using the tracking information that we sent to the email address that you provided us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
