Welcome to my newest offering, a one on one consultation where I invite you to embark on a transformative journey towards inner healing and self-discovery. My sessions are a blend of Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Often included is a customized herbal remedy to support the physical body through its healing process. Through this integrative approach, I guide clients on a path of self-awareness, emotional release, and profound growth, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
